IT Supportdesk Employee (EN)

This traineeship trains you to become an IT Support Desk employee. After successful completion of the training, you will start working for one of the employers associated with this program.

This program is suitable for people with an affinity for IT and who want to make the step to the role of IT supportdesk Employee.

Wat ga je doen?

During this training you will gain the knowledge and skills you need in that role. For example, you will be introduced to ITIL, Microsoft 365 and learn to work with Windows 10.  In addition, you will work on strengthening your communication skills and presentation skills, among other things. After successful completion of the training, you will have the certificates for CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Associate.

For this program, you do not need any specific prior knowledge or experience in a similar role.

Overige toelatingscriteria

You have a good command of the Dutch and English language. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, pragmatic, creative and flexible. You have technical insight and affinity with IT.


In a first short 'quick scan' we discuss your work and education background, your expectations, and your motivation. Partly based on the profession test and a motivation analysis (which we ask you to make both), we look at your match with the role of IT Supportdesk Employee and the training program.
