Recommending individual candidates
We focus on the intake of well-trained employees, both IT professionals and people in roles with a significant IT component. We define the job profile with the required knowledge, skills, and competencies, and search our candidate database for suitable candidates: people who already meet the requirements or have the potential to develop towards them. Our coaches guide candidates during their training or education – and, if desired, after employment – to remove any obstacles in the development process.
Custom programs
In addition to finding, matching, and training individual candidates, we organize programs based on the needs of one or more employers. For these programs, we recruit and select candidates, who are then presented to the employer. In the case of a successful match, they go through a training or course, similar to individual pathways, guided by our coaches. After employment, candidates may, in some cases, continue their training and certification processes.
