The initiative

Werk in het Vooruitzicht (WIHV) is a groundbreaking initiative established
in 2020 during the COVID pandemic through a collaboration between Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Stichting IT PerformanceHouse. WIHV has grown into the platform for employees, job seekers, and digital citizens. Here, they gain insight into their (career) opportunities, find relevant training programs, and discover the job that truly suits them. This is made possible through a broad network of partners and a focus on digital transformation.

 

Digitization

The pandemic brought significant changes, not only to the labor market but also to daily life. The acceleration of digitalization has fundamentally transformed how we work, communicate, and live. This presents new challenges for both individuals and employers: digital skills have become essential, and the demand for IT professionals continues to grow.
